Accessibility Statement

ISH LONDON TRADING & TECH LTD aims to provide a website that is usable by a broad range of people, including visitors using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, speech input or reduced-motion settings.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical design and testing target, but we do not claim that every page, document or third-party service is fully conformant at all times.

pause controls for automatically changing content;
support for reduced-motion preferences;
responsive layouts, scalable text and high-contrast presentation;
content that remains available when non-essential JavaScript is unavailable.

2. Ways to adapt the website

Most modern browsers allow you to zoom, enlarge text, change default fonts and colours, navigate by keyboard or use built-in reading tools. Operating systems and assistive technologies may provide additional contrast, magnification, speech and motion controls.

3. Known and potential limitations

Accessibility can be affected by third-party plugins, embedded services, externally supplied PDF or office documents, complex diagrams, historical content or material supplied without a suitable text alternative. We aim to avoid inaccessible additions and to provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.

4. Report a difficulty or request an alternative format

Use our info@ishlondontradingtech.co.uk or our online enquiry form and choose “Accessibility request”. Please tell us:

the page or document involved;
what you were trying to do;
the problem encountered;
your browser, device and assistive technology, where relevant;
the alternative format or adjustment that would help.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 5 working days and will explain the action we can take or any practical limitation.

5. Testing and review

The theme has been designed for keyboard access, reduced motion and responsive use. The live website is reviewed after material changes to hosting, WordPress, content, plugins, analytics or embedded services. Testing should include keyboard-only use, screen-reader sampling, zoom to 400%, mobile orientation and common form-error scenarios.
